How big is too big?  What mold sizes can San Li produce?

San Li is capable of producing molds for 50 ton to 4,000 ton machines, and for parts weighing only 1 gram (.035 oz.) to parts weighing up to 30 kilograms (66 lbs).

What is San Li's annual mold capacity?

San Li can produce 200 mold sets per annum.

What kind of cost savings can San Li provide over a U.S. or European-based mold maker?

Because of its location in Taiwan, San Li can provide similar-quality molds at prices 30% to 50% less than U.S. or European-based companies.

What are San Li's payment terms?

San Li asks for a 40% cash deposit and 60% before shipment.

How long does it take to produce a mold?

A simple mold or one with an existing design file can take as little as 20 days to produce.
A more intricate mold or a mold re-created from a customer-provided sample can take up to 105 days.

My company does not have an international freight company.  Can San Li coordinate my mold shipment?

Yes.  San Li can ship molds to your port or airport of choice anywhere in the world. Customers only need to provide a local customs broker and local transportation. Please ask about CIF pricing.  For customers who have their own freight forwarder, San Li is more than happy to provide FOB Taiwan pricing.

For what types of materials can San Li make molds?

San Li can work with: PP, PS, PE, PET, PVC, PBT, ABS, AS,, PC, PA (Nylon), PMMA(Acrylic), Phenolic, Urea, and Additives (glass filled)

What does San Li require to provide a firm quote on molds?

For an accurate quote, please provide a drawing or a sample. 

What type of drawings does San Li accept?

San Li accepts 2-D Autocad and PDF files, or 3-D .igs, .stp, .x-t, and Pro/E files.
